2.5 mile Swim, 112 mile Bike, 26 mile Run

Challenge:   You will have one month in which to complete the Elks Ironman Triathlon.
What:   You will have 31 days to complete a 2.5 mile swim, a 112 mile bike, and a 26 mile run. 
How:  There are many ways to complete this challenge.  You don’t have to perform each specific sport to post qualifying times/miles! You can also be part of a 2, 3, or 4 person team.  

Check out these great alternate activities.

1-hour water fitness class = .5 mile swim
1-hour water walking/jogging = 2 miles run/walk or .5 mile swim or 5 miles bike
1-hour aerobics class (i.e., kickboxing, boot camp, Zumba) = 2 miles run/walk or 7 miles bike
1-hour kayaking/rowing = 10 miles bike  Elliptical = Biking or Walk/Run
1-hour Yoga or physical therapy = .5 miles swim or 1 miles run/walk; 5 miles bike
Where:   Wherever you want!  
When:   The Elk-A-Thon will run from Aug 1-31, 2019.  Upon completion, please show us your sheet and you will receive a T-Shirt.

Individual:   $15.00 each   
Team of Two:   $25.00 per team    
Team of Three: $35.00 per team   
Team of Four:  $45.00 per team
All entrants must fill out separate entry sheets.
