Whether you're joing to be part of a truly benevolent charity, swim in the area's most relaxing pool, play one of Carolina's best golf courses, or eat in a cozy restaurant overlooking the 18th green, when you join the Elks you are joining a national protective order.  Learn more about the Elks at Elks.org or just Google Elks and see the amazing charitable work the Elks do.  The process to become an Elk is as follows:

Becoming an Elk.

1. Submit an Elk application with $50 application fee (you can submit an app online HERE)
2. You will be contacted for an interview (phone or in person)
3. Endorsed application is preseted to members during regular meeting for a vote
4. If voted in you will be notified to attend orientation/initiation
5. Attend initiation, pay your initial member dues, and you are then officially a member of the Elks

To join the Pool

1. You must be an Elk
2. Fill out pool member application/liability waiver
3. Pay pool dues (keep your receipt)
4. Pool personnel will make you a pool membership card

To join the Golf Course

1. Elks can pay golf dues at the lodge office or proshop
