On November 29,2022, Southern Pines Elks, BPOE 1692, sponsored a fundraiser for their Scholarship Program at the Southern Pines Golf Course. 

Members donated $25.00 and non-members had a chance to play the course with their $50.00 donation. The event raised $3,000 with 75 players participating. The applications are in for the Elks BPOE 1692 2022 Scholarship Program and the review and recommendations for recipients to be forwarded to the national level will be held December 10, 2022.
