A team of Southern Pines Elks, BPOE 1692, headed by David and Melissa Rudd, delivered 95 breakfasts Christmas morning. 

The Elks wanted to show our support and give back to our public servants. The recipients included Police, Sheriff and Firemen within 19-mile radius, to include Southern Pines, Aberdeen, Pinehurst, Carthage, Vass, Pine Bluff, West End and Eagle Springs. Altogether, 13 Fire Stations and 6 Police Departments received breakfast meals to include; scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, a biscuit, water, utensils, cookies and a Christmas card. All were well received and appreciated.
